Jigna Doshi - Founder of Invent The Compass
I founded Invent the Compass after more than 20 years in education. I have taught in prestigious private and leading schools, and held senior roles including Head of Chemistry, Lead for Science, Head of Year, Head of Scholarships, Senior Leadership Team, and Examiner.
I believe every pupil can succeed when supported and encouraged in the right way. Invent the Compass was created to guide pupils on their learning journey, helping them build confidence, achieve their goals, and find their own direction.

Our expertise
At Invent the Compass, all tutors are fully qualified teachers and hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service. Our team has extensive subject expertise and many years of classroom experience, including senior leadership positions within schools.
